I am expecting to put a few more seeds in the ground this coming week and I have some more peppers and a few more tomatoes to list...when I can find my list
The Uncle Steve varieties are from Italy and are not hybrids and are a tribute to my brother Steve. Unlike Shelley's aunt my brother did not cross these but he did grow them and I took them out of his garden in the middle of the night...due to his live in girlfriends nastiness...the afternoon he passed away I located them and when she went to her friend's house to stay for the weekend I snuck over and ravaged the garden for the seeds. Ok, I know....not exactly on the up and up but it's the only thing I've got of him.
Anyway...the tomatoes are good for canning but are really great for fresh eating as well...has a true tomato flavor and the beans are just amazingly gorgeous vines and they cook up very nicely in my chili =) I hope next season people will be interested in growing these with me.
